You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent online.

You can also earn points by referring a friend. When an eligible friend makes their first purchase using your unique referral link, you’ll receive your referral reward.

Points are added to your account once your order has been paid. Points are calculated using the base currency value of your order and are rounded down to the nearest whole number. For example, a $49.95 purchase will earn 49 points.

Points are not earned on gift card purchases or on orders paid for using a gift card.

You can redeem your points for the following rewards:

200 points = $10 reward
400 points = $20 reward
600 points = $30 reward
800 points = $40 reward

Points cannot be combined to create a custom reward value.

To check your points balance, log into your portier account. When you have enough points, you can select the reward you’d like to redeem and apply it to your order at checkout.

Yes. Points expire after 12 months if they have not been redeemed.

Your tier is determined by your eligible activity with portier. The first three tiers are based on eligible spend, while The Advocate tier is based on successful referrals.

Our tiers are:
- The Newcomer
- The Insider
- The Loyalist
- The Advocate

The Newcomer, The Insider and The Loyalist tiers are based on your eligible spend with portier. As your spend increases, you can move into higher spend-based tiers and unlock additional member benefits.

The Advocate tier is earned through referrals rather than spend. To reach The Advocate, you must successfully refer 5 friends who each make a purchase through your referral.

Once you reach a tier, your tier status is lifetime and does not expire or reset. Your tier may only change if you qualify for a higher tier based on your eligible spend or successful referrals.

As a Limitless Collective member, you may receive special rewards throughout the year.

Birthday reward: Sent before your birthday. A minimum spend of $150AUD applies and the reward is valid for 30 days.

Child’s Birthday reward: Sent around your child’s birthday. A minimum spend of $150AUD applies and the reward is valid for 30 days.

Invite friends to shop with portier using your unique referral link. You can access your referral link by logging into your portier account and visiting the referral page.

Once an eligible friend makes their first purchase using your referral link, you’ll receive your referral reward.

You must have made your first purchase with portier before you can refer a friend.

The sign up reward valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Birthday and child’s birthday rewards are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued.

Referral rewards are valid for 90 days from the date they are issued.

Points redemption vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date they are redeemed.

Reward availability may vary during sales and promotional periods. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion for details.

Limitless Collective rewards cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers unless otherwise stated. View our promotional terms and conditions.

If you return an item and receive a refund, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

If you redeemed points on an order that is subsequently refunded, your redeemed points will be returned to your account where applicable.

Welcome, birthday and Child’s Birthday rewards are considered used once applied to a completed order and cannot be reinstated after use.

Yes. To receive Limitless Collective communications, including loyalty updates, rewards and exclusive member offers, you’ll need to be subscribed to portier’s marketing communications.

The Portier Limitless Collective Referral Program Terms & Conditions apply to all referrals made through our loyalty program.

Your personal referral link is intended for sharing Portier with friends and family. Sharing your referral link publicly on social media platforms or promoting it through online trading platforms is not permitted. Referrals generated through these channels will not be eligible for rewards.
